Step 1: You Upload a video of your pitching mechanics. You can create a new video or send me a previous video. Even a iphone or other smart phone video will work fine.

Step 2: I analyze every aspect of your mechanics using a video editing software.  

Step 3: I will include a voice over lesson and how you can improve your mechanics moving forward. You get to keep the video for review.

Step 4: I will give you an action plan to move forward and what to you can work on throughout the week.
